In 2007, the 108 Ambulance Project was launched by the honorable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in Hyderabad. The launch event was attended by the Principal Secretary of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Subramaniam IAS, and the Principal Secretary of Women and Child Welfare, Mrs. Chaya Rathan IAS, representing the government. Additionally, the inauguration program of Telemate Communication Pvt. Ltd. was conducted by the honorable Chief Minister Y.S. Rajashekara Reddy of Andhra Pradesh in Hyderabad. This event was conducted in association with RNF and Telemate.

In 2015, the Punyakoti Milk Production Unit was launched in Kolar, along with the establishment of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for women farmers in the Kolar district by Being Women in Society, a wing of RNF.

In 2013, the Smart Card for Women and Youth was launched as part of a mission to empower downtrodden women and youth. The launch event also included a training program organized by Being Women Society of Bharath, a wing of RNF. The event was graced by the presence of Home Minister KJ George, KSRTC General Manager, and the Manager of Civil Supplies in Bangalore.

In 2012, the Taruni procurement initiative for rice, dal, and packaged drinking water from farmers was launched in Hyderabad. The launch event was attended by the Managing Director of Women and Child Welfare, the Director of Khadi Village Board, the Director of NABARD, and the Director of SC/ST.

In 2012, a Legal Aid Centre was launched at Mount Carmel College in Bangalore as part of a CSR activity program. The launch event saw the presence of Minister Roshan Baig, representatives from the Embassy Group, and the Managing Director of MSME. Additionally, the event was attended by Raghavendra, the Director of MSME, and the Principal of Mount Carmel College.
